USA EXPRESS Airport Shuttle Service POLICY

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE
POLICIES

Shuttles are scheduled only when we have a reservation.

Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for the lowest fare.

Reservations must be prepaid with a credit card or money order. If you are mailing a money order, we have to receive it before your first date of travel.

All Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This fee can be used as a credit towards future travel.

Children under 8 or 80 lbs must use a booster seat or car seat as appropriate per Missouri State Law

Pick up at St. Louis Airport is at Luggage Carousel M-1 for all airlines except Southwest Airlines. Southwest Airlines is at Luggage Carousel E-1 at the East Terminal.

The standby rate for soldiers is $50 per person on shuttles with extra room. There is no guarantee that shuttle service or seats will be available. The standby rate is available ONLY from the St. Louis Airport!

The following is a detailed explanation of USA Express baggage policy:

Total allowed bags for all passengers are 2 standard size bags and 1 carry on.

The dimensions are 26” high, 19” wide, 10” thick.

If the bags are expanded they are considered oversize.

If the bags are HEAVY over 50lbs, they are considered oversize.

Carry on bags are as follows:
     A small briefcase
     A small computer bag
     A small purse
     A small backpack
     These items must be small enough to comfortably and safely be held on the lap of the passenger if necessary.

All passengers pay $10 for each oversize bag and $20 for each additional bag over the limit.

All passengers MUST pay these charges either by credit card or cash BEFORE transporting.
